Below is description by Sue Osborn about games played at the reunion (written July 10, 2013):

Game On!

Two NEW party games, Wings Aflutter" and "PINGO," are now ready for playing at our upcoming Gray PEAR Affair family reunion!
Photos along with instructions/rules for each are shown below:

WINGS AFLUTTER:

WIN A PRIZE BY FINDING SPECIFIC WINGS FOR A PAIR OF PIXIES
There are pixies living in the fir trees around here. Somehow a number of these pixies have lost their wings and are all aflutter because they cannot fly into the trees to harvest the pixie pears.

Each set of wings has a unique name. Find a pixie with the matching name then fasten wings to back. Remember, it takes two winged pixies to win a prize!

Wings are in trays. You have to find the pixies. They will be standing around somewhere.
TRY ONLY ONE SET OF WINGS AT A TIME. IF NO MATCH IS FOUND, RETURN YOUR WINGS TO TRAY SO OTHERS CAN TRY.

WORK FAST, THERE ARE ONLY 15 PAIRS OF MATCHING WINGS AND PIXIES!

PINGO:

First five PINGOs win a prize.
PINGO, a take off on BINGO, is a popular game played by Alger pixies.
From time to time there will be five or so pears set out on table. On each pear there is a photo of a family member.
WATCH FOR THE PEARS!
Check to see which of these family members have their name on your card. Cross off all you find. The center square is a free and can be crossed off immediately.
Once you have five in a row, yell out PINGO then claim your prize

Besides these two games, there will also be a piƱata and a tour into the woods to see who can spot Alger pixies harvesting pixie pears. Be sure to join the tour, there may well be surprises to find!
